I'm so sad that I have to leave a bad review because I bought good hair from here before but this time I was disappointed. I ordered a 20 inch wig and the frontal was about 12-16 inch long. The hair looked super choppy and like a messed up haircut. The frontal and the bundles also took purple shampoo completely different, as the frontal turned silver immediately and the bundles stayed yellow. I argued with the seller and they only wanted to give me 15$ after a long back an forth so I put in a dispute and got 40$ back. Also the hair sheds more than any other 613 wig I have..

This hair is not what I expected. It’s was my birthday hair and I was so irritated. This hair sheds soooo much. This hair was shedding straight out the box. I don’t mind a little bit of shedding with 613 hair but so much hair has she’s I can make another wig. This hair doesn’t take color correctly I wanted a turquoise blue and you can see the hair turned purple somehow. This hair gets so tangled and I deep conditioned it and it ended up looking like that. Right after my birthday I contacted the seller and they were pretty much trying to blame me and I’m not new to this at all so I know there want anything I did wrong the hair is terrible. They weren’t trying to give me any type of refund and at the end of the day they’re still not even giving me 50% of the money back. But just know they play lots of games and you’ll be repeating yourself over and over dealing with them if you have a problem. All I can say is never again and be careful who you’re buying from people lie.

It is not an average cap, it is HUGE and falls off, and does not lay flat even when the straps are adjusted.. it’s a nightmare trying to compromise with seller about dispute .. they will try to PayPal scam you, propose a return for a refund of ZERO dollars, and any scam that is possible.. they are very ignorant and do not understand what a compromise means.. I had to directly speak with AliExpress to get help

I tried to tone the hair it was horrible it tangled up and it sheds really bad. The lace rips easily ! The knots of the frontal part look like white yarn tied together. IT DID NOT TONE AT ALL!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

This seller was not being mindful i spent 400$ on a wig with very bad lacefront . The knots on the was very bad u can see on the pocture below . I tryed to get them to change the frontal n i was denided also it was suppost to 230 dencity and it felt like 180 dencity . Plz bcarefull dnr buy from this seller .
